Colorado Springs Urban Winery with a Passion and Purpose
Monte Cervino is pleased to announce the release of Little Red table wine in the Colorado Springs area. Little Red, named after the 1929 Ford Model A racing car located at the Colorado Springs tasting room, is the perfect wine for your next occasion. This bold wine blend is the culmination of three California wines that are then finished in Colorado whiskey barrels and aged to perfection.
The team behind the creation of Little Red is a mix of craft spirit producers, wine aficionados, auto racers, and gearheads. To us, passion knows no boundaries and we believe in pushing the envelope, being engaged with our audience, and doing things for a reason. That is also why we chose the Winged Wheel as our symbol on the bottle. The Winged Wheel has been used to represent innovation and progress for thousands of years, it is also the perfect symbol to represent the motion behind the brand.
Monte Cervino is dedicated to the preservation of automotive history, motorsports, and charities that embody car culture to help outside causes. Donations have gone to such great organizations such as Morgan Adams, International Motor Racing Research Center, and National Auto Sport Association.

MONTE CervinO urban winery
Monte Cervino Urban Winery is set to open in the Spring of 2022 near downtown Colorado Springs. Monte Cervino currently operates Boxing Brothers Ciderhouse on the eastside of the city near Platte and Powers Blvd. Boxing Brothers is known for their award winning ciders and has been a staple within the Colorado Springs community since 2016. The staff at Monte Cervino had begun to develop their own in-house wine blends before COVID-19 but decided to delay the release until the summer of 2021 due to the pandemic. The new wine venture for the company has brought on partnerships within the automotive community and the Colorado Springs area. A new location for the business and new wine varieties are in the works for 2022.
